Yes, simply call the AHRI Enquires team on 1300 811 880. If you upgrade to the 2-day ticket, you’ll need to pay the difference over the phone with a credit card. If you registered at the Early-Bird rate we’ll honour the 2 day early bird prices.
Any change or upgrade requests must be received before close of business (AEDT) on Tuesday 1 November.
Cancellations must be received in writing. An administration fee of $100 per registrant will apply for cancellations made before 5pm (AEDT) on Tuesday 1 November.
No refunds will be issued after the closing date, however replacements will be permitted.
If you’re unable to attend due to testing positive to COVID-19 or government requirement to isolate due to being a close contact, you will receive a credit for future AHRI events.
