VIC Not For Profit network

The focus of the AHRI Victorian Not-For-Profit network is to celebrate and showcase excellence in HR practice within the not for profit sector in Victoria. An advantage of not for profit organisations is that we have great purpose which attracts talent from all sectors and engages the hearts and minds of our employees.

This network aims to share stories of how human resource professionals within the not for profit sector are contributing to amazing organisational transformations, which, ultimately positively impact the Australian community.  There are always unique challenges when working within a not for profit organisation and we look to support our network with real examples for innovation in a context of limited resources and regulation. Above all we look to provide a support network for people with responsibility for human resources practice working in not for profit organisations in Victoria.
