Susan Sadler is the South Australian (SA) State President of AHRI and Director of Red Wagon Workplace Solutions, a successful IR Consultancy. Passionate about supporting the activities of the HR community in SA, Susan holds a vision of continued professional development of every member. A sense of community enhancement is a strong focus for Susan, with learning and networking events providing key opportunities to get to know and share experiences with fellow HR practitioners. A psychology graduate who later completed her master’s in human resource management, coupled with extensive experience in the corporate world as HR Manager and Director, Susan has formulated a practical, honest approach to HR. She is a seasoned member of AHRI, including a long-term committee member of the IR/ER AHRI Network and her progression to President reflects her ability as a commercially focused HR professional, where she is known for her straight talking but practical approach to both strategic and operational HR practice.
