Biography

Mofoluwaso Ilevbare is an award-winning HR thought leader, speaker, author, and gender diversity advocate with over 20+ years multi-country and multi-sector experience. She has led people and culture transformation that is aligned to company vision and business strategies across medium and large organisations in Europe, the Middle East, India, Africa, Australia, and New Zealand and is passionate about building high-performing organizations and developing confident leaders that shape vision and culture to deliver sustainable business success.  

With a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, an MBA, and a doctoral degree in Business Administration and HR Management, and a certified Peak Performance & Executive Coach, and Forbes HR Council Member, Mofoluwaso has been recognized as one of the Global Top 100 HR Leaders, Global 501 Inspiring HR Leaders, Top 100 Leading Ladies Africa, Top 100 Career Women Nigeria, Finalist, Established Leader Awards – Leadership Institute Australia, Pride of Africa Woman, Global Icon Award 2022.
