Greg Keith
Biography
With a passion for diversity and inclusion, Greg has been the Australian CEO of audit, assurance, tax and advisory service firm, Grant Thornton for eight years since 2015, and is a member of the Grant Thornton International Board of Governors.
During Greg’s tenure as CEO, Grant Thornton Australia has been an HR ground breaker. In 2016, the firm was the first professional services firm to adopt 26 weeks paid parental leave. Since then, they have been recognised for supporting Gender Diversity and LGBTQIA+ and are currently one of the largest professional services firms to trial a 9-day fortnight for all its people in an effort to support mental wellbeing and improve efficiency (Greg will share some of the learnings from this trial during his talk at the Convention).
In 2018, Greg was named Champion of Change by ARITA Melbourne for his dedication in developing firmwide Diversity and Inclusion programs, embedding gender equity and workplace equality. Uniquely, Grant Thornton Australia encourages its people to embrace its core CARE values of Collaboration, Authenticity, Responsibility, and Excellence, designed to support its people and clients thrive, something that has not gone unnoticed at client level, and sets the firm apart from other professional services firms.
