Biography

Liz Griffin is a senior organisational development specialist with deep expertise in diversity, equity and inclusion, leadership development, and organisational change. Her background has included roles across several industries including airlines, financial services, professional services, and education. She has worked across a range of industries and in global, regional, and local roles based in Hong Kong and Australia, and has held a variety of organisational development leadership roles including leading the D&I functions for Qantas Airways and Commonwealth Bank. More recently she was Head of Indigenous Employment with Generation One at Minderoo Foundation focusing on First Nations employment parity. 

She has worked with large organisations across private, public, and notforprofit sectors on driving systemic and inclusive change based on the Woort Koorliny: Australian Indigenous Employment Index 2022 research which she led. Griffin is an alumnus of the Sydney Asialink Leaders program and an AHRI Fellow and a member of the AHRI D&I Advisory Panel. In Hong Kong, she was an active member of the Australian and American Chambers of Commerce, playing significant roles in HR and Women of Influence committees.
