Nick Bailey, Senior Vice President - Revenue APJ, Workforce Software
For the last 20 years, Nick has focused on designing and delivering HR services and technical solutions for numerous global brands. Currently, he serves as the Senior Vice President of Revenue APJ at WorkForce Software, where he helps businesses adopt modern workforce management solutions and elevate employee experiences. Outside of work, Nick enjoys walking his dogs, riding motorbikes and driving his children around Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Joshua Reader, Senior Vice President - Revenue APJ, Workforce Software
Joshua Reader joined Medibank in 2012 and is the Head of People Services. He is responsible for Medibank’s payroll operations, HR shared services team and continuous improvement functions. Prior to joining Medibank, Joshua implemented HRIS solutions at Delaware North Companies Australia. His expertise includes payroll, time and attendance, workforce planning and delivery of HR operations solutions.
