Overview of presentation
Culture Amp’s research reveals that those organisations that invest in effective L&D are more likely to attract great people, motivate them to do their best work, and keep them. Unfortunately, while most organisations are making some investment in employee development, many of their L&D initiatives fail to create meaningful behavioural change and are often viewed as tick-a-box exercises by many employees.
In this session, we’ll explore the evidence-based principles that make employee development truly effective and engaging. We will also cover how these principles play out in practice so that you can start to rethink your own development initiatives.
