Show me the money!!! Amplifying the impact of our Learning and Development Dollar
Christine Khor
Over the last 25 + years Christine built a successful career in leading organisations such as Kraft Foods and Simplot in product and marketing management. In 2000 she decided to leave behind that career to start her own specialist recruitment consultancy Chorus Executive; a holistic talent management consultancy and then in 2018 into Peeplcoach, coaching led career and leadership development platform.
Christine’s belief is that a business can only be successful when their people are successful. Peeplcoach has been built around this belief and works with organisations to empower their employees to build productive, successful, and meaningful careers within the business.
A technology-enabled, human-driven coaching platform, Peeplcoach is bringing the wide-range of benefits of executive coaching to thousands of individuals at a significantly lower cost than traditional coaching services. Christine saw a gap in the market and created Peeplcoach as a way of making coaching accessible to everyone, not just C-Suite and Executive level employees.
Recognised as a Top 50 Start-Up by APAC Business Magazine and 2021 B&T Magazine Women Leading Tech Finalist. Peeplcoach works with organisations such as Vicinity Group, Honeywell, Rockwell, Deakin University and Latrobe City Council to name a few.
Christine is an executive coach and recruiter, CEO of Chorus Executive and Peeplcoach, director on The Hunger Project’s national board, Advisory Council Member – Career Pathways Program chaired by David Gonski, leadership facilitator, keynote, speaker, wife, author, and mum.
Overview of presentation
Often, the most difficult task for an HR professional is to show the value and return on investment of HR expenditure. In this 30 min session Christine, CEO and Founder of Peeplcoach will share how to calculate ROI and value to the organisation to amplify the impact of the learning and development dollar.
