Biography
Rhonda Brighton-Hall is recognised as one of Australia’s foremost experts in human resources, specialising in leadership, diversity and future of work, but she is more famous for keeping the ‘human’ piece front and centre. Her fundamental belief is that inclusion and good leadership are not only foundational for good people practices in organisations, but equally of more equitable and prosperous economies and communities.
Her career has spanned four large multinationals − BHP, Sara Lee, Luxottica and CBA, living and working in Europe, Asia and the USA. She now works with entrepreneurs, businesses and leaders focused on improving the way we work, having founded “mwah – Making Work Absolutely Human” in late 2016.
