Keri Le Page (she/her)
Biography
Keri’s background is as an Organisational Psychologist who spent many years working in senior consulting and organisational development roles before moving into diversity & inclusion. She has since spent over 12 years working exclusively in I&D in a number of different industries including finance, construction and IT in Australia/New Zealand and across Asia Pacific. She joined Mars as the Inclusion & Diversity Lead ANZ in September 2022.
Since then, Keri has launched the first Reconciliation Action Plan and first fully equal Parental Leave Policy for Mars. One of the key initiatives Keri is currently facilitating is the roll-out of an Allyship Program to every Associate in the ANZ business. This 3-hour experiential workshop links personal identity to inclusion/exclusion and explores privilege/perception in relation to allyship. Her goal is to lay a solid I&D foundation whilst introducing best practice solutions to recognise, celebrate and support diversity in all its form.
