Bree works with organisations to create sustainable, meaningful change. Before creating their own company, Bree held the position of Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Deakin University.

Bree’s expert background is in extracting data to design and implement DEI strategies. They are also an experienced facilitator and trainer and use their personal story to empower people to be intentionally inclusive.

Bree is an established Inclusion Trainer, and regularly facilitates workshops in Inclusive Leadership, Gender Equity, and LGBTIQA+ inclusion.
