The WA HR Book Club Network invites you to their June event.
These monthly events will be an inclusive space for HR professionals to come together to learn and critically discuss relevant Human Resources and Organisational Psychology literature and podcasts.
Attendees will get to participate in thought-provoking discussions and critique of Human Resources and Organisational Psychology literature and podcasts . They will expand their network and get to know one another in a way that might not result from traditional networking.
The book being discussed at the June HR Book Club is Who Moved my Cheese? An Amazing Way to Deal with Change in your Work and in your Life by Dr Spencer Johnson
HR and OD Practitioners of all career levels, as well as, leaders will benefit from attending this forum.
Tara is a consultant at Talenting, a HR consultancy working with government, Not-For-Profit and private organisations. Her background & postgraduate experience is in Organisational Psychology, providing a strong understanding of what motivates and drives people. Tara’s strengths-based approach is underpinned by positive psychology, which focuses on growing what is working well.
In addition to her work at Talenting, she is involved in research in implicit bias, leadership and organisational intervention. Through her work experience, she has become skilled at encouraging successful, inclusive and diverse business cultures.
She is a qualified coach and accredited in multiple psychometric assessment tools. With her coaching background, she is skilled at encouraging growth and high performance for individual, team and organisational success.
