Her background & postgraduate experience is in Organisational Psychology, providing a strong understanding of what motivates and drives people. Tara’s strengths-based approach is underpinned by positive psychology, which focuses on growing what is working well.
In addition to her work at Talenting, she is involved in research in implicit bias, leadership and organisational intervention. Through her work experience, she has become skilled at encouraging successful, inclusive and diverse business cultures.
She is a qualified coach and accredited in multiple psychometric assessment tools. With her coaching background, she is skilled at encouraging growth and high performance for individual, team and organisational success.
