Helen Jarvis is the Founder of Ripple Learning, a social enterprise that facilitates workshops for workplaces – helping staff at all levels to build the skills needed to navigate difficult situations and challenging conversations. Ripple Learning gives 100% of profits each year to fund core services of youth mental health organisations. Helen has qualifications in dispute resolution, change management, counselling and mediation.

Rhonda Brighton-Hall is co-Founder & CEO of mwah (Making Work Absolutely Human). She works with organisations across the globe in the culture, diagnostics and belonging space, in an effort to make work work for every person on their team. Rhonda describes herself as a determined optimist.
Speaker: Desleigh White
Desleigh White is Founder of People Matter Coaching and HR, a consulting company focused on workshop facilitation, mid-career leadership coaching and HR consulting. She is passionate about workplaces being great places to do great work, and engaging people’s hearts as well as minds.
