- Drive change through stories: Techniques for using storytelling to overcome resistance to change and align teams with organisational goals.
- Embed values: Strategies to use stories as a vehicle for embedding organisational values deeply into the culture.
Participants will gain practical skills in storytelling that can be immediately applied to enhance communication, inspire action, and drive alignment across their organisations.
