The Neuroscience of Psychological Safety: Navigating from Risk to Resilience

October 10 @ 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM AEDT

Free - $20.00
VIC Melbourne Metro Network
Dive deep into the important realm of psychological safety in this 90-minute workshop with a neuroscience lens. Discover how fostering a psychologically safe environment is not just about mitigating risks, but about unlocking the full potential of your organisation.

In the session we’ll explore:

  • The psychological safety to psychosocial risk continuum and why every point matters
  • Identifying and addressing factors that undermine psychological safety in the workplace
  • Practical strategies for individuals and HR leaders to cultivate and maintain their own psychological safety
  • Drawing on research in neuroscience and organisational psychology, this session will equip you with the knowledge and tools to create an environment where both instinctual responses and rational thinking work in harmony. Learn how to foster a culture where employees feel secure to express ideas, take calculated risks, and contribute fully.

Whether you’re an HR professional or leader, this session is for people who want to create a thriving workplace culture and enhance psychological safety at both individual and organisational levels.
