The Impact of Change

August 7 @ 11:45 AM - 1:30 PM AEST

The only constant… What’s in a change anyway?

Irrespective of industry, scale or sector, Change Management is the umbrella term familiar to many businesses. Where change intersects the human beings of the organisational playground, those within Leadership,

Leading and partnering well throughout business or workforce analysis, or perhaps during the facilitation of system transitions – all whilst delivering clear communication and curating culture – is no small task, yet a rather critical one.
Join us as Lauren Pearson, experienced Leadership Coach and Founder of Cult of Monday, explores the value of balancing business drivers with a human-centred approach to change.
