Your expert guide will collect you from ICC Sydney for a scenic journey north, crossing the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge and traveling along the Pacific Highway before arriving in the Hunter Valley. 

Nestled beneath the Great Dividing Range, this renowned wine region is rich in history and home to over 150 wineries, gourmet dining, and boutique breweries. Along the way, you’ll meet passionate winemakers and gain a unique behind-the-scenes experience, offering a personal insight into the art of winemaking. 

As Australia’s oldest and most famous wine-producing region, the Hunter Valley boasts a diverse selection of exceptional wineries. At the first stop, you’ll embark on a behind-the-scenes tour with the winemakers, tasting wines directly from the barrels and vats, perfectly paired with cheeses in the inviting cellar door. This experience offers an authentic introduction to the region’s award-winning wines. 

Next stop enjoy a wine tasting, followed by a platter-style lunch at the winery’s onsite restaurant, savouring locally inspired dishes. At the final winery, delight in dessert-style wines paired with handcrafted chocolates from the region, all while taking in the breathtaking 360-degree views. As a special memento, each guest will receive an etched glass and a box of chocolates to take home.
