Speaker: Calum Woods, Senior Associate, Lander & Rogers
Calum Woods is a Senior Associate at Lander & Rogers. He specialises in the conduct and procedure of matters before the Fair Work Commission and the federal courts, as well as the identification, quantification, and resolution of complex payroll compliance issues.
Calum Woods is a Senior Associate at Lander & Rogers. He specialises in the conduct and procedure of matters before the Fair Work Commission and the federal courts, as well as the identification, quantification, and resolution of complex payroll compliance issues.
Prior to joining Lander & Rogers, Calum was the Associate to Commissioner Spencer at the Fair Work Commission, and later a Senior Workplace Relations Advisor within one of Australia’s oldest and most influential industrial associations. He is a trusted advisor to many of Australia’s largest and most recognisable businesses and has assisted a substantial number of clients in achieving and maintaining compliance with Australian workplace laws.
Calum is the Legal Profession Representative on the management committee of the Industrial Relations Society of Queensland and is a Tribunal Member for AFL Queensland. He has been recognised as a rising star by Lawyers Weekly and Australasian Lawyer.

Kiana Banchetti graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) from the Queensland University of Technology. She is currently a graduate at Lander & Rogers in Brisbane and has recently completed her rotation in Workplace Relations & Safety. Previously, Kiana worked as a Therapy Assistant supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). She has a strong interest in human behaviour, communication and interpersonal dynamics, particularly in their intersection with the law.
