Course Overview – Contemporary Workforce Redesign
This course is specifically tailored for HR practitioners aiming to enhance their skills in job analysis and design amidst rapid organisational change and evolving ways of working. The course focuses on designing jobs that maximise employee capabilities while ensuring no undue harm or impact is placed on the individuals or the broader organisation system. A central theme of the course is aligning job design with the organisation’s goals, workforce planning and people strategies, recognising that jobs are interlinked within the overall organisational structure. Participants will explore SMART working and learn how to navigate and lead through ongoing digital disruption and change. By the end of the course, participants will have gained practical insights and tools, while enhancing their stakeholder management skills. This course prepares HR professionals to effectively respond to the fast-paced changes in organisation and work design.
