It can range from how an organisation attracts and retains talent to how someone describes their workplace experiences to friends and family. This panel style workshop seeks to move away from surface level EVP buzz words and cut to what best practice can look like in 2024 and beyond.

Ben Silluzio

Ben Silluzio, CEO + Founder of Onesto. Onesto is a financial fitness platform designed to bring a suite of tools and learning to grow financial literacy, rewards and recognition, competence and overall wellness.

 

Ben holds dual MBAs from Columbia Business School and London Business School and has 25+ years’ experience in Fintech and Banking & Finance Industry. Ben was the former CIO & Founder of Qato Capital, Managing Partner for, Director of UBS Wealth Management, Senior Vice President of Citi Smith Barney & Vice President of Credit Suisse.

 

 

Natalie Mayes

 

Natalie is the Executive Manager People & Culture at Multicap Tasmania, a statewide disability support provider. With a strong interest in the community and not-for–profit sector, she is also the Chair of NBL1 Launceston Tornadoes (women’s semi-professional basketball club) and Vice-Chair of Karinya Young Women’s Service (crisis accommodation and specialty services for young women aged 13 to 18). Natalie is passionate about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives both in terms of health and purpose. 

 

With a degree in Industrial Relations, Natalie has a broad range of senior executive experiences overseeing Operations, Finance, People and Culture, and Quality & Compliance. Her leadership style is deeply values-driven, characterised by a people-centric approach. 

 

Her key areas of interest in the P&C sphere revolve around organisational development, transformational change management, strategic operations & governance for social impact. 

 

Candida Davey

Deeda is the Head of People & Culture at St Lukes. Having been with St Lukes for 22 years, Deeda moved in the People and Culture team 8 years ago as the Learning and Development Manager, where she helped to develop a Certificate IV in General Insurance from the Health Insurance perspective. This qualification has now been delivered to over 100 St Lukes staff and is also being delivered into other Health Funds Australia-wide bringing significant funding into our business, which has allowed us to increase the amount we invest back into our staff through training and development. 

 

Deeda is extremely passionate about organisational culture, leadership development, and creating a values driven environment where employees can thrive, so the move into a broader human resources role was a natural progression from learning and development.
