The employee value proposition (EVP) is a nuanced concept. It can range from how an organisation attracts and retains talent to how someone describes their workplace experiences to friends and family. This panel style workshop seeks to move away from surface level EVP buzz words and cut to what best practice can look like in 2024 and beyond.

Learn from local industry leaders and see how you can enhance your organisation’s EVP.
