Speaker: Omer Molad – co-founder and CEO of Vervoe
Prior to founding Vervoe, an AI-powered skills assessment platform, Omer had a long career in the banking sector, most recently leading a corporate finance team at NAB. Omer also spent time in the humanitarian sector with Red Cross and served as an officer in the military.
Vervoe evaluates job candidates by giving them an opportunity to do job-specific tasks that showcase their most relevant skills, and their Australian customers include Australia Post, The Australian Taxation Office, RMIT University, Bank of Queensland, Tennis Australia, Services Australia and Team Global Express.

Beth has experience in supporting a large number of public and private organisations as implement best practice psychometric solutions across both talent acquisition and talent management, both as a consultant and internal CHRO. Beth has a deep understanding of how to use the data to link a range of people strategies and achieve organisational outcomes.
