Welcome to the AHRI Practising Certification Program – Unit 4 2024.  As a valued participant in our APC Program, we appreciate the effort and dedication you’ve put into completing Unit 1, Unit 2, and Unit 3. Your commitment to professional development is commendable!

We are excited on your interest in moving forward in your certification journey and enrolling into Unit 4. This unit is designed to consolidate learning from Units 1, 2 and 3 of the AHRI Practising Certification Program. It focuses on the demonstration and application of the Australian HR Capability Framework competencies and leadership behaviours.

Learning Outcomes

Unit 4 is now going to have an option of completing a Workplace Project or an AHRI developed Case Study to support you in finalising the program and getting certified.

By completing this study unit, you will achieve the following learning outcomes:

1. Apply HR skills, knowledge, practices and behaviours in the context of the organisation;
2. Deliver a HR strategy / initiative within an organisational setting that enhances organisational capability; and
3. Reflect and evaluate on current capability and identify future professional development needs.

Next steps to finalise your enrolment 

• Login to your AHRI Account (top menu bar).
• Select the Unit 4 ticket from the Tickets Panel (right of screen) and Add to Cart.
• Proceed to Checkout to confirm your registration and finalise your purchase.

You need to enrol by 30th September and complete by 31 March 2025 – but if this time frame doesn’t work for you, please contact us to discuss.
