As we transition toward our new AHRI Certification pathway, which includes the Micro-credentials Program and the Certification Assessment, we are pleased to offer you this temporary Unit 4 transitional program.
This program is designed to consolidate and apply the knowledge gained in Units 1, 2, and 3 of the AHRI Practising Certification Program. It focuses on demonstrating competencies and leadership behaviours in alignment with the Australian HR Capability Framework, providing a final step to complete your certification journey under the current structure.
Assessment Format
This transitional format of the APC Unit 4 gives students the option of completing a case study to support you in finalising the program and getting certified. You will choose 1 of the following options:
- An analytical case study based on a Workplace Project you have delivered within the last 5 years; or
- A problem-solving case study developed by AHRI.
Learning Outcomes
By completing this study unit, you will achieve the following learning outcomes:
- Apply HR skills, knowledge, practices and behaviours in the context of the organisation;
- Deliver a HR strategy / initiative within an organisational setting that enhances organisational capability; and
- Reflect and evaluate on current capability and identify future professional development needs.
