As an expert facilitator, Anita draws on real life examples and blends experiential learning tools, storytelling and proven theory to spark insight and growth.
Anita is passionate about bringing humanity into the workplace, focussing on self-leadership and helping teams connect in meaningful ways that drive both engagement and results. Her niche lies in creating spaces where people feel safe to be vulnerable, have honest conversations and tackle the things that really matter. Her approachable personality, humour and authenticity create an atmosphere of calm focus, fun and psychological safety, encouraging openness, learning and connection.
As a team and leadership stylist, Anita has trained and coached hundreds of individuals across a diverse range of organisations and industries including government departments, corporates and not for profits. She collaborates closely with clients to design and deliver custom team and leadership programs that align with their unique culture, needs and strategic initiatives.
When Anita isn’t transforming teams, she’s savouring good food and wine, chasing adventures, enjoying laughter filled conversations or planning her next holiday.
