Organisational Enablement

This micro-credential is designed to empower HR professionals with the skills to lead change, manage HR operations compliantly and effectively, and leverage technology and data analytics to drive strategic decisions. 

Key Learning Outcomes
Participants will explore:

• Change Management: Examining key change management theories, frameworks and best practices for successful change implementation.     

• HR Operations and Compliance: Managing HR operations, including compensation and benefits, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, records management requirements. 

• Data, Analytics and Insights: Introduction to analytics for HR, focusing on data-driven decision making and evidence-based HR practices. This topic will also cover privacy and data protection requirements for employee data.     

• Artificial Intelligence & Technology: Explore HR process automation, technology integration, AI in HR, and user-centred solution design and the impact of technology transformation on the workforce. 

Course Delivery

With a focus on practical application, each session within the virtual workshop will have opportunities to use breakout rooms, with case studies and activities to complete collaboratively. 

Participants must come prepared to engage with the topics, discuss the learning material and share their experiences with peers and the facilitator. Participants are encouraged to ask questions, try new ideas and share their knowledge. This event promotes open candid discussions in a trusted environment.

We provide an inclusive and respectful environment where participants can take risks, learn from mistakes, and actively contribute, leading to a more engaging and effective virtual learning experience. Active participation and mutual support are highly valued, and we ask everyone to adhere to these principles throughout the workshop. This workshop will maintain the confidentiality and privacy of all shared information.

As such, please note live workshop sessions will not be recorded (except for auditing and quality purposes)

By registering and purchasing this Micro-Credential you confirm that you meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Hold Professional MAHRI membership or higher.

And

• Have more than two years’ experience in an HR role, 
• Have foundational knowledge of this capability area, and
• Understand the learning content is designed at the AQF level 8 equivalent to advance me to the Emerging Leader level of the AHRCF.

• Registrations will open 90 days before course commencement
• Micro-Credential registrations are available to AHRI members only – MAHRI level or higher
• By registering for a Micro-Credential, participants verify and declare they meet the eligibility criteria entry requirements
• Registrations for each Micro-Credential close seven (7) days prior to course commencement date
• Withdrawals are refundable minus administration fees, and transfers are accepted prior registration close date
• Request for withdrawals / transfers made after registrations close date will incur a fee
• Request for withdrawals / transfers after course commencement date are not accepted and non-refundable
• Substitutions are accepted in alignment with program T&C and AHRI must be notified prior to course commencement
