Participants will explore:

Workforce Planning: Analyse future of work trends, learn how to undertake modelling and scenario planning to inform strategic workforce planning. Leverage AHRI’s Quarterly Australian Work Outlook reports (AHRI’s Quarterly Australian Work Outlook).

Industrial Relations: Explore employment frameworks and laws at national and state levels, including those governing employment, contractors, and termination. Gain insights into the role of unions and the regulation of work through contracts, legislation, and bargaining agreements.

Organisation Design: Explore key principles, tools and techniques for assessing and improving organisational design. Examine various HR operating models and structures to support business outcomes.

Work Design: Build skills in conducting job analysis and job re-design to respond to evolving ways of working and contemporary organisation and work design.
