This micro-credential provides HR professionals with a deep understanding of managing an organisation’s most valuable asset – its people. This micro-credential covers the entire talent management lifecycle, from talent acquisition and capability development to performance management, succession planning, and the creation of robust engagement and retention strategies.

Course Delivery

Participants can expect to undertaker between 25-40 hours of study over the 6 weeks, although individual experiences may vary.
