Participants will explore:
- Change Management: Examining key change management theories, frameworks and best practices for successful change implementation.
- HR Operations and Compliance: Managing HR operations, including compensation and benefits, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, records management requirements.
- Data, Analytics and Insights: Introduction to analytics for HR, focusing on data-driven decision making and evidence-based HR practices. This topic will also cover privacy and data protection requirements for employee data.
- Artificial Intelligence & Technology: Explore HR process automation, technology integration, AI in HR, and user-centred solution design and the impact of technology transformation on the workforce.
