PRESENTER: Mark Latchford, Associate Director, Pride in Diversity
Mark joined Pride in Diversity as Associate Director after a diverse three decade career in executive general management with an IT multi-national, including deployment to Japan, France and Hong Kong. Although he held ‘line of business’ P&L responsibility, he had a consistent focus on recruiting and retaining talent, and thus a passion for diversity. At various times he sat on the advisory boards of the Australian Israel Chamber of Commerce, Pride and Diversity, Orange Line (a digital marketing company) and the Head-on Foundation. He also sat on the Diversity Council for Allens and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Throughout his career, Mark has been called upon to speak at various public forums, including recognition events, product launches, international conferences and the like. Most recently, he presented at the Pride in Practice and Better Together Conferences in Melbourne in 2017 and 2018.
