Managing Performance Toolkit


This toolkit will provide your organisation with the tools and methods to review performance, reward excellence and provide feedback where there is a need for improvement.

The content describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to manage the performance of staff for retention and both team and business success.


This toolkit content is suitable for employees and managers with between 1 – 4 years’ experience.
