Past and current International Affiliations:
Fiji Human Resources Institute
AHRI has been closely affiliated with the Fiji Human Resources Institute (FHRI) since it formed in 2005. Over the last 13 years we have worked together to partner on services including membership and training development programs.
A number of organisations have attended the AHRI National Convention & Exhibition and we are proud to be a part of their upcoming conference on ‘HR in the Digital Age’.
In 2017 we delivered a series of programs in Suva and Nadi for HR practitioners on 'Attracting and retaining talent' and 'Leading through change'. Since 2010 we have been delivering our 'Foundations of HR' program along with a range of leadership development programs in partnership with FHRI.
We look forward to our continued international partnership and building HR and organisational development in Fiji.
AHRI has been delivering the foundations of HR program, titled Professional Certificate in HR (PCHR) to the Malaysian market in conjunction with our local partner, K-Pintar Sdn Bhd (K-Pintar) since August 2014.
We celebrated the graduation of our eighth cohort in December 2016, bringing the total number of graduates from the program to 363 graduates since it started almost two years ago. These programs were funded by the Human Resources Development Fund.
In conjunction with K-Pintar, AHRI also delivered the PCHR to 25 students from the Institute of Public Administration (IPA) Brunei, which commenced training at the end of February. This initiative gained quite a bit of media attention in Brunei and is supported at the top end of the Government.
