According to recent research, top performing organisations are three times more likely to be sophisticated users of analytics in human capital management than lower performing organisations. Containing costs whilst developing and retaining a high performing workforce is a primary challenge facing most organisations today. Applying logic and analysis techniques on workforce data can provide great insight on the efficiency, effectiveness and impact of your workforce management initiatives thus maximising investment in human capital.
This course will provide an overview of the elements of data analysis including techniques to undertake deep analysis of measurement outputs, identify inter-relationships, patterns and trends across metrics, link corporate and HR strategies through data, and validate the causes of any emerging workforce issues. Participants will also learn how best to present analytic findings.
This course has been designed for those requiring the skills and techniques to establish a human capital measurement and reporting framework to enable evidence-based business decision-making. It would be of benefit to Business analysts, business partners, HR generalists and managers and would also suit workforce planners.
If you are new to the field of Workforce Analytics, we strongly encourage you to also attend Workforce Metrics prior to attending. A solid understanding of Workforce Metrics is a pre-requisite to some of the content for Workforce Analytics. If you do not have this knowledge, you may experience some challenges with the Analytics content.
