The purpose of this course is to assist organisations to understand, implement and manage flexible working arrangements.
This course is suitable for HR professionals and managers interested in developing and managing flexible work practices.
Following the training participants will be able to:
- Identify employer obligations and how working flexibly can benefit individuals/teams and the wider organisation
- Clarify the roles and expectations that are key to working flexibly
- Use a team approach to making decisions about flexible work practices
- Balance flexibility with operational demand i.e. staff needs with business needs
