This course will provide you with an analysis of the national whistleblower reporting requirements for corporations in the Treasury Laws Amendment (Enhancing Whistleblower Protections) Act 2019.
Learn how to comply with the requirements in relation to mandatory whistleblower policies and how you can support your organisation to effectively deal with whistleblower situations.
