Building resilience can protect employee wellbeing and help to create a positive working environment. This three-hour course will provide you with the tools and techniques required to manage stress at work so that you can ‘bounce back’ in the face of stress and a changing work environment.
This course is suitable for staff at all levels, facing change initiatives wanting to build their resilience in the workplace.
Following the training you will be able to:
- Apply tools and techniques to manage resilience
- Develop strategies to address long term resilience
- Learn how goal setting can improve effectiveness
- Understand the impact of stress
This course runs for half a day and the workshop format includes practical exercises, facilitator-led discussions, group activities and skills practice.
