Team effectiveness is the capacity a team has to accomplish the goals or objectives.

Having a cohesive trusting team approach means individuals can resolve differences, discuss tough topics and appreciate differences while being effective and delivering on the team goal.

This course provides participants with the opportunity to develop strategies to build and maintain effective, functional and high performing teams.
