What can an aspiring HR professional gain from doing this program?
‘Better Understanding’. ‘Confidence’. ‘Know-How’. These are terms that have been used by my past students and give an indication of how much a student can gain from the program. Aspiring HR professionals will gain the fundamental knowledge needed to better understand various HR functions, and HR’s value in an organisation. The program helps students to better understand how to engage with key stakeholders, as well as build credibility and commitment to HR initiatives.
As a professional, share a bit about your expertise and experience that you bring to facilitating this program
I have been fortunate to work as an Academic Coordinator with AHRI since 2013, primarily working in the distance space. I take pride in the role I can offer in supporting and encouraging students during their individual learning journeys. My consulting work means that I am constantly exposed to new and interesting ideas and I aim to share my learnings and encourage my cohorts to do the same.
