The course is suitable for managers, team leaders and staff involved in the interviewing process and those seeking an introductory course on behavioural interviewing skills.
Following the training participants will be able to:
- Follow a systematic selection process, including the structuring of interviews
- Prepare behavioural questions
- Use behavioural interview techniques which address key selection criteria
- Make objective recruitment decisions
This course runs for half a day and the format includes practical exercises, facilitator-led discussions, group activities and skills practice.
