VIC Not for profit network
The focus of the AHRI Victorian Not-For-Profit Network is to celebrate and showcase excellence in HR practice in the Not for Profit sector in Victoria. An advantage of Not for Profit organisations is that we have great purpose which attracts talent from all sectors and engages the hearts and minds of our employees. This network aims to share stories of how human resources professionals within the Not for Profit sector are contributing to amazing organisational transformations, which ultimately positively impact the Australian community. Of course, there are also unique challenges of working in Not for Profit organisations and we look to support our network with real examples for innovation in a context of limited resources and regulation. Above all we look to provide a support network for people with responsibility for human resources practice working in Not for Profit organisations in Victoria.
