WA Learning and Organisational Development network
The WA Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) Network is a network and community of practice for sharing and promoting best practice Learning and Organisational Design delivery, management and research. Our Network welcomes L&D and OD practitioners, all AHRI members and seeks to influence the wider business, government, workplace education community. Our goal is to improve the field of Learning and Organisational Development within WA as well as the each individual's impact in their respective workplaces.
The WA Learning and development network is run by AHRI members. They are L&D and OD professionals who volunteer their time and expertise to expand the scope of knowledge in this specific area of interest.
Types of activities
- Providing members with the opportunity to engage with people who are experienced Learning and Organisational Development practitioners in nominated topic areas.
- Discussing ideas, current trends and developments that are of interest such as the strategic acquisition and utilisation of knowledge within organisations.
- E-learning, coaching and mentoring, lifelong learning, development of a learning organisation and return on investment (ROI).
- Assisting with the organisation and planning of the professional development calendar
