NSW Human Resources Management Systems Network
The main focus of the NSW HR Management Systems (HRMS) Network is to explore a wide range of topics from technical to strategic and from systems to management. Activities are designed to allow participants to meet other attendees, seek or share information and listen to case studies on how members have addressed the implementation and use of systems.
The NSW Human Resources Management Systems network is run by AHRI members. They are HR professionals who volunteer their time and expertise to expand the scope of knowledge in this specific HR area of interest.
Expressions of interest are sought from AHRI members who wish to join a small HRMS Network committee to arrange events during 2018. Ideally, members should be from companies using HR technology, rather than software companies or consultancies, and should have extensive experience and knowledge of the industry.
Expressions of interest will close at the end of February and new committee members will be notified shortly after.
Types of activities
- assisting with the organisation and planning of the professional development calendar
- discussing ideas, current trends and developments that are of interest
- assisting with access to experts, both practitioners and thought leaders, for presentations and comment
- developing research opportunities for recommendation to AHRI national office
