Keith Chilvers
Keith is a management consultant/facilitator with 35+ years’ experience working in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, mining, government (State and Local), financial and retail services. Specialising in management and in all aspects of human resources (both strategic and operationally), as well as industrial relations.
Additionally, Keith works as a sessional lecturer/tutor at Curtin University in the School of Management (Business and Law), as well as being registered as an industrial advocate with the WAIRC.
What can an aspiring HR professional gain from doing this program??

With 35 plus years of HR/IR experience in both a practical and academic sense, I can enable people to see things can be done through solid knowledge and perseverance to achieve a purpose and goal.
What advice would you offer to someone considering a career in HR?
HR can be a major contributor to the achievement of organisational goals and objectives. Stand by your principles and be seen as a role model for other employees.
