You will learn all about the legislative authorities, regulations and governing principles to better understand workplace compliance. The skills and knowledge gained in this topic will enable you to effectively implement employee and industrial relations policies and procedures within the workplace. The topic addresses the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to work with employee and industrial relations policies and procedures. It covers communicating and implementing employee relations policies and procedures that meet statutory and legislative requirements, assisting in dealing with employee relations conflicts and issues, and generally working towards a harmonious industrial relations climate in the workplace.
