Workforce Planning

Analyse future of work trends, learn how to undertake modelling and scenario planning to inform strategic workforce planning, leveraging AHRI’s Quarterly Australian Work Outlook reports. 

Industrial Relations

Explore employment frameworks and laws at national and state levels, including those governing employment, contractors, and termination. Gain insights into the role of unions and the regulation of work through contracts, legislation, and bargaining agreements.  

Organisation Design

Explore key principles, tools and techniques for assessing and improving organisational design. Examine various HR operating models and structures to support business outcomes.

Work Design

Build skills in conducting job analysis and job re-design to respond to evolving ways of working and contemporary organisation and work design.  

Delivery

Virtual Intensive Workshop

Start by accessing comprehensive digital content before participating in the workshop. In the workshop, you’ll focus on practical, applied learning, with opportunities to collaborate with fellow participants and experts to navigate current HR challenges. You’ll be required to validate your applied learning and skill through an assessment. The nature of assessments may vary across AHRCF Micro-credentials, usually consisting of:  

  1. Applied scenario response 
  2. Digital Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQ) 

Assessments are accessible anytime during your learning experience, with submission 4 weeks following workshop Day 2.
