Ram Charan Award and the Model of Excellence Webinar

The Ram Charan Award will recognise undergraduate HR students who demonstrate excellence through an understanding and application of the AHRI Model of Excellence. Applicants must submit a 3000 word essay based on a supplied case study. This webinar will be dissecting the model to provide students with an in-depth of understanding to assist their essay preparation.
Please note: Applications for this competition close on 20 May and the essay submission is due on 24 June. To be eligible to apply you must be a paid student member and must be based in Australia. Read more.....

- What does AHRI use the Model of Excellence for?
- What are the behaviours and capabilities that are essential to this model?
- How can you navigate this to support your essay submission?
Ram Charan Award Prize
Cash prize of AUS $5,000 to the winner of the award. Travel and accommodation will be provided to attend the AHRI Awards dinner for all interstate award finalists not located in the state the AHRI Awards dinner will be held.
Kim Schofield possesses extensive experience in human resource management and capability development gained through his accumulated 25 years of service in the UK Health Service, UK Local Government, UK Private Sector and the last 14 years in the WA State Government. His last position was as Deputy Commissioner with the WA Public Sector Commission where he had responsibility for leading the Capability Development Division. Kim played a key role in setting the strategic direction for development of the WA Public Sector and was a member of the Corporate Executive of this independent statutory office reporting to Parliament.
