STAGE 2: COMPLETE YOUR SUBMISSION
Now that you have applied for your award(s), you need to commence work on the 2500-word submission document and gather evidence and supporting information which addresses the criteria set out for your award(s). You will need to provide written references for an individual award, or referee contact details for an organisational award to support your submission.
Submissions are due 21 June 2019.
Note: Submission documents are only available once Stage 1 has been completed.
SUBMISSIONS DUE: 21 JUNE 2019
STAGE 3: SHORTLIST PANEL JUDGING
Once submissions close, your submission - along with supporting statements and evidence - will be put through the AHRI Awards shortlisting process for the first part of the judging. Each judging panelist will assess the applications before meeting as a group to discuss and determine shortlisted finalists.
Note: The AHRI Awards shortlisting panel is made up of leading industry practitioners and award partners.
STAGE 4: FINALISTS ANNOUNCED
We contact all applicants by the end of September 2019 to notify them of the outcome of their submission.
Note: A full listing of all finalists will be made available on the AHRI Awards website and in HRM Magazine in October.
STAGE 5: REFEREE CHECKS
During the shortlisting and judging phase, the shortlisting panel may determine questions for referees. We will contact referees directly via either email or phone if required. Referee responses may be used in conjunction with submission for the final judging process in determining the winner of the award.
Note: Refer to the application guidelines for references requirements.
STAGE 6: WINNERS SELECTED
Twenty (20) of the awards are associated with a distinguished AHRI Awards patron. Patrons can choose to actively participate in the judging process and have the ultimate responsibility of selecting the winner of their eponymous award. Of the other awards sponsored by AHRI, a national judging panel will review the finalists from the shortlisting panels and decide on a winner.
AHRI AWARDS DINNER: 27 NOVEMBER
STAGE 7: WINNERS ANNOUNCED
All finalists are invited to attend the AHRI Awards dinner where the winners will be revealed. You will hear the winners' success stories and find out why they have been selected as the best in their award. The night will include a three-course dinner and entertainment.
Note: Registration to attend the dinner will open in September once the finalists have been announced. Priority is given to finalists and registration will be open to the public at a later stage.
