RAM CHARAN STUDENT AWARD
AHRI Student Members are invited to enter the Ram Charan Student Award which forms part of the 2019 AHRI Awards.
Tell us about the changing nature of the psychological contract and the challenges for organisations and HR in an essay (2,500 − 3,500 words) for your chance to win and share in a total cash prize pool of $5,000 plus a ticket to attend the the AHRI Awards Dinner.
ELIGIBILITY: The award is open to Australia-based undergraduate AHRI HR student members. Find out more about becoming an AHRI student member.
CRITERIA: Applicants need to submit a 2,500 - 3,500 word essay. The essay will be based upon the changing nature of the psychological contract and the challenges presented for organisations and HR in managing their future workforce.
FREE TO ENTER: The Ram Charan Award is free to enter for Australia-based undergraduate AHRI HR paid student members. Find out more about becoming an AHRI student member.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: Register your interest in applying for the award by 17 May 2019. You will then receive an application pack detailing the essay requirements. Final applications are due 21 June 2019.
PRIZES: Total cash prize pool of AUS $5,000. The winner will receive a total $3,000 and remaining finalists $1,000 each.
All finalists receive a trophy and a complimentary ticket to attend the AHRI Awards Dinner in November 2019 where the winner will be announced. Where required, expenses for flights within Australia and accommodation for 1 night (for up to 3 finalists) will be covered by AHRI.
