Important information:  The 2020 AHRI Awards has been postponed until 2021

About the Awards

The Australian HR Institute is all about 'good HR', but when it comes to the AHRI Awards we're looking for the best. The best HR practices come in many different forms and often encompass creativity, passion and the ability to make a difference, no matter the size of your organisation.

The AHRI Awards is Australia’s most prestigious HR awards program, with individual and organisation HR and business excellence recognised and celebrated. Awards include diversity and inclusion, disability employment, innovation and creativity, gender equity, HR technology and more.

Patrons of the awards include Professor Dave Ulrich, Fons Trompenaars, Lynda Gratton, Michael Kirby AC CMG, and Dame Quentin Bryce AD CVO. Together with AHRI, they have set thorough and rigorous award criteria to ensure an independent and transparent process. The patrons have the honour of reviewing all finalist applications and selecting the winner for each award.
